I wonder if Jack ever regrets starting his “private graveyard”? He’s sure gone thru a lot of pumpkin heads over the last 113 years!

    1. That was another element reused from Baum’s novels! When I read about that, I knew I didn’t want to start with hipster Jack. Plus, starting with Ol’ MacPumpkinhead worked out better for my story, too…
