… and that brings this extended newspaper strip-like segment to an end. It was fun to play around in the structural limitations of the format, and I hope you’ve enjoyed the ride. A big thank you to Tom Cherry for lending his expertise and talent to this run of strips.

Glad to hear it! I enjoyed the process, and had fun with the coloring, too. I don’t think I’d want to use it for a long story, but it did make for a nice “palate cleanser” between them, so I may just try it again for that purpose…

I wanted to give Minerva an outfit that evoked Dorothy’s dress, without resulting to plaid. So I figured a Zooey Deschanel/hipster style dress would work nicely. And be easier to draw for months and months!
