Nice twist there, Dale!
There are only 3 characters who stand out to me as possibilities, and I have a “most likely” favorite among them. My only problem is that 1 of my 3 suspects appeared to be friendly, and the other 2, while menacing Watusi, it seemed to me that only we readers were aware of the malicious intent, but Watusi wasn’t.
I’m not going to post my guesses, because I’d rather be surprised at the eventual reveal.
