I guess introductions are still the order of the day!

I’m not crying. You’re crying…

A tip of the hat to Watusi jam comic contributor Keith O’Brien, who got me thinking about this kind of reunion for our foursome with a comment he made quite some time ago. Thanks, Keith!

I don’t usually “cast” actors for my characters … but the third panel makes me wish it was possible that Terry Thomas could play Kitsch!

Since we already know what Kirby’s news is, this seems like a good time to go check back in with this strip’s title character. Next time…

Let’s hope their tale can change the Scarecrow’s mind!
With Thanksgiving just a few days away, I want to take a moment to express my thanks to all my readers– I’m truly grateful for each and every one of you who take the time to check in on Watusi’s adventures every week. Knowing that you’re waiting for a new episode keeps me motivated to do my best each week…
… even when, like this week, I have a lot on my plate. And that’s not some Thanksgiving pun, either– I’ve been busy finishing up and stocking my booth for the Memphis Arts Collective Holiday Market! I’m excited about this year’s show and our new location in the Crosstown Concourse! If you can, don’t miss out on this show, featuring over 30 artists and artisans from the Mid South showing and selling unique handcrafted items you won’t find anywhere else! It’ll be up from this Friday through January 3, 2019, so you’ll have lots of opportunity to shop local, support local artists, and have FUN!
Watch my Twitter feed for announcements of when I’ll be at the market; it’s your chance to get comics signed or just chat with me about my art. Hope to see you there!

It’s kinda too bad this isn’t the “Kirby & Emma Adventures”– because then we might find out where that passageway leads next episode! Instead, it’ll be time to see what Watusi’s up to…

Sorry, kids– nothing’s ever as easy as it seems…
