I’ll sprinkle a few bits of Victorian slang into the story as we go along. Pages like this and this helped me out in that research, in addition to introducing me to lots of charming phrases that I wasn’t able to fit into the story…

Comic nerd alert: the last two episodes featuring Anderson Catwell reminded me a lot of Batman’s first appearance in Detective Comics #27, so I threw a little visual nod to the character’s origin story (Detective Comics #33) into this episode’s first panel.

I’ve got a different kind of Watusi adventure for you, starting today! Hopefully it will take your mind off the terrible events in Wonder Valley…
