I figured it was about time to introduce another one of Baum’s cast of characters. Looks like he arrived just in time, too!

Y’know, maybe I have been at this project too long, as this is pretty much the same cliffhanger I left my heroes in one point already … at least this time it doesn’t look like Watusi will be the one to rescue them!

While this episode’s color change doesn’t bring us to the blue Munchkin lands of the Baum books, it does represent of change of scene where the cooler metallic colors will make sense soon.

(Plus, I was kind of tired of the yellows. Baum sure plopped a lot of his marquee characters into the yellow Winkie Country!)
